Troubleshooting
iCloud sync feels delayed
iCloud sync is system-managed and may take some time to appear on another device. Returning to the app after it becomes active again usually helps surface the latest changes.
Data is not appearing on another device
- Confirm both devices use the same Apple ID.
- Confirm both are using the same app distribution environment.
- Check Settings → iCloud Sync in the app.
Duplicate records appeared
Some duplicate records created during sync timing races may reconcile automatically on a later launch. If a duplicate remains, send a support email with screenshots and the record type involved.
